Dear PraHost customer,
As part of our commitment to continually improve the level of service PraHost provides, we want to inform you about the upcoming emergency maintenance on our network infrastructure.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
On the 5th of September 2018, between 05:00 and 07:00 (CEST), we will be performing an emergency network maintenance on our infrastructure in the Netherlands. This setup is not redundant and as such during this maintenance your network connection can experience unavailability, latency or packet loss for up to 20 minutes during the maintenance window.
In case you have multiple servers with PraHost, this maintenance will only affect those servers whose primary IP address falls within the following ranges:
